We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via our order form (in Cart), email, contact form, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Orders

We request information from you on our cart order and check out form. To rent with us, we require contact information (like name, billing address, and delivery address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your equipment rental. If we have trouble processing a reservation, we will use this information to contact you.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following by contacting us via the email addresses or phone numbers given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any
  • Change/correct any data we have about you
  • Have us delete any data we have about you
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card information), that data is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verity this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees and contractors who need the information to perform a specific job (for example billing or equipment delivery) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Returns & Refunds

All baby equipment are inspected for quality and functionality before delivery and customers are required to sign the delivery note to indicate receiving in good order. However, if the equipment is damaged or not functioning correctly please contact us immediately. Replacement will be subject to availability of the item at the time. Damages by customers would be assessed by GoBaby and our management reserves the right to pursue compensation for damages. All items must be returned at agreed date, time and location.

Upon return, the item must be fully functional and in the same condition that you received it. This does not apply to cleanliness of the equipment, only functionality. GoBaby will clean and sterilize all equipment after each use.

If government restrictions have resulted in a baby equipment rental cancellation or if you cancel within 48 hours of rental start date you will get 100% refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of rental start date you will only be entitled to a 50% refund
  • If equipment is damaged, GoBaby Management reserves the right to assess the situation and award a refund at their discretion
  • No shows for collection of equipment on agreed date, time and location resulting in a cancellation is not entitled to a refund. However, GoBaby Management reserves the right to exercise discretion and offer a refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (dependent on bank, method of payment etc). You will receive email confirmation of refund upon payment of same by GoBaby Supplies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
