NEW COMPANY REGISTRY REQUIREMENT

The Company’s Registry has lauched the Company Registry Online System (CROS) and each person transacting with the Company’s Registry is required to create a Company Registry Account (CRA). Each CRA account holder will be given a PIN as a personal identifier. The CRA PIN is needed to register a business and is also needed for each director when incorporating a company.

Important Notice: New 2024 Filing Requirements

As of 2024, all companies in Trinidad and Tobago must comply with new regulations mandating the Issuance of shares and the filing of Beneficial Ownership information. These requirements are aimed at enhancing transparency and accountability. These requirements are not included in packages.
